You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. Prepaid and discounted subscriptions may be canceled to not renew at the end of their plan term. Any boxes which have already been shipped will still be billed.  


Canceling a subscription only ensures a subscription will not renew and does not cancel or refund any unshipped boxes. If you need to cancel any shipments, or are unsure if you have any remaining shipments, please contact our team at sales@mygardenbox.com


Steps to cancel your subscription:

  • Begin by logging into your account
  • Select “Edit” under the active subscription you wish to cancel
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Your Subscription page and select “Cancel Subscription”
  • Feel free to let us know your feedback and select “Yes, Please Cancel”


Once your cancelation is finalized, you’ll receive a confirmation email from My Garden Box.
