You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription only ensures a subscription will not renew in the future and does not cancel or refund any unshipped boxes. How to cancel your subscription:
Begin by logging into your account
Select “Edit” under the active subscription you wish to cancel
Scroll to the bottom of the “Edit Your Subscription” page and select “Cancel Subscription”
Feel free to let us know your feedback and select “Yes, Please Cancel”
Once your cancelation is finalized, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
