While we try our best to carefully package each plant, we understand things may happen beyond our control during transit and we want you to enjoy a healthy plant. We’re happy to send replacements for any plants that don’t bounce back from their travels and proudly stand behind our plants for 90 days. Please reach out to us at email@example.com with a photo of your plant, and we'll be happy to provide further care advice or send replacement plants whenever necessary.
